Blaylock Gasket & Packing has been manufacturing gaskets and supplying gasket materials and packing to OEM’s and MRO users for over 20 years.  Our experience will help you solve even the most difficult sealing applications.  We manufacture rubber gaskets using, Nitrile, Neoprene, EPDM, Silicone, Viton®, Hypalon®, Butyl and SBR to name just a few of the elastomers we use.  Blaylock Gasket is proud to use sheet rubber that is manufactured in the United States by such reputable companies as Garlock Rubber Technologies, WARCO-Biltrite and BRP Manufacturing. Blaylock Gasket is an excellent source for molded or extruded rubber products in all elastomers including FDA Silicone.

Blaylock Gasket & Packing also manufacturers gaskets from various fiber materials manufactured by reputable companies including Vellumoid, Interface Solutions, and Fiberflex including U.L. branded materials including Detroiter®.  Our inventory of Non-Asbestos or Aramid fiber materials includes Garlock Bluegard® 3000, and other products in the Bluegard line.  We also stock Teadit and Thermoseal non-asbestos products including C-4401.

 Our large inventory also includes an extensive line of open and closed cell sponge.  Products include Poron®, and a large variety of PVC foam manufactured to U.S. automobile industry standard by Gaska Tape Manufacturing.  We stock excellent neoprene (SCE) sponge and EPDM (RE) sponge in a variety of hardness and thicknesses.  All of our sponge products are available in stripping or sheet form and with or without a pressure sensitive adhesive. 

  Blaylock Gasket and Packing stocks a wide variety of plastics including Polycarbonate or Lexan®, High and Low Density Polyethylene, UHMW, rigid PVC and Nylon just to name a few.  Our plastic is available in sheet form or we can custom form or mold you plastic.  We are also an excellent source for extruded plastic profiles.   We stock a wide range of Teflon® products including sheet and rod as well as expanded Teflon sheet from manufacturers including Thermoseal and Garlock as well as W.L. Gore.  Specialty filled Teflon sheets including Garlock Gylon®, or Tealon® are no problem for Blaylock Gasket & Packing.

  Blaylock Gasket & Packing also stocks an extensive line of Mechanical Packing or Compression Packing from manufacturers including USA manufactured Garlock, SEPCO, and American Braiding.  Packing is available in bulk or we can supply your die formed rings custom made to your specifications and custom sizes.   We are also an excellent source for all your o-ring requirements offering o-rings in compounds including, Nitrile, Teflon, Silicone, EPDM, AFLAS and Teflon Encapsulated.  O-rings are available in standard and metric sizes.  We can custom make o-rings to your specification or offer you a O-ring kit to help you out of a tight bind when you need an o-ring right away to keep the plant running.

   Need cork or cork and rubber products?  No problem; Blaylock Gasket & Packing stocks a variety of these materials from manufacturers, including Amorim and Dodge-Regupol.  If we do not stock a material you need we will put it into stock right away to make sure we can always meet your delivery requirements.
