Compressed Aramid Fiber Sheet  - Nitrile Binder

Blaylock Gasket & Packing distributes a line of world class non-asbestos sheet stock.

This material is a non-asbestos sheet material formulated for services in most static sealing applications as a universal replacement gasket.  NA-1001 is manufactured through the hot calendar process under rigorous quality control standards.  Its content is aramid fiber bound by nitrile rubber. 

Compressed Aramid Fiber Sheet is suitable against water, brine, steam, organic and weak inorganic acids, concentrated and diluted alkalis, chemicals, petroleum and petroleum derivatives, synthetic oils, animal fats, vegetable oils, aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated solvents and refrigerants.

Premium Compressed Aramid Fiber Sheet -  Nitrile Binder

Premium Compressed Aramid Fiber Sheet has numerous applications in the process industries like: mild acids and alkalis, water, hydrocarbon, oils, gasoline, steam, air, industrial gases, general chemicals and neutral solutions. 

Style NA-1081 is a compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket material produced from a combination of Aramid fiber, inorganic fillers and bonded with a Nitrile rubber.

Compressed Aramid Fiber Sheet  has numerous applications in the process industries handling media like: mild acids and alkalis, water, brine, saturated steam, air, industrial gases, general chemicals and neutral solutions. 

Style NA-1080 is a compressed non-asbestos sheet gasket material produced from a combination of Aramid fiber, Inorganic Fillers and bonded with a Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR).

Compressed Carbon Fiber Sheet - Nitrile Binder

Compressed Carbon Fiber Sheet This sheet is manufactured from carbon fibers and graphite, bonded with Nitrile rubber.  NA-1100 is used for applications to near  900° F.

This sheet enables plants to use only one gasket material and avoid the confusion of needing several different sheets or gasket styles in the plant.  This sheet cuts very clean and easily.  NA-1100 is suitable for sealing hot oils, fuels, coolants, solvents, gases, water and steam.
